When 'Orange Blossom Queen' was first launched, the roasting aimed to highlight bright orange blossom and mandarin fruit aromas. Unexpectedly, many customers provided feedback that when 'Orange Blossom Queen' was paired with milk, the interplay of floral and milky aromas was simply enchanting. As a result, we decided to create a dedicated espresso roast version for it, making the acidity rounder and the sweetness fuller, so that even when paired with milk, it retains a clear profile and elegant floral-fruity notes.
